Registration Procedures

Time Commitment:  The TeamQuest program will take place on September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, and 18 from 3:00pm – 6:00pm.  The final weekend event will begin October 19 at 5:00pm and will end at 3:00pm on October 21.  ALL TEAMS AND ALL TEAM MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT EVERY EVENT UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM.

Over the course of the program teams will earn points.  Every team will have the opportunity to participate in the first three adventures.  After that the team with the lowest score will be dropped.  Each consecutive week one team will be dropped before the top four teams compete in the final weekend competition.

What to do:

  1. Each team member must fill out a Registration Form, Assumption of Risk and Release Form and a Medical Form. All teams must read the TeamQuest Rules and Regulations.
  2. These three forms must be placed into a business size envelope, sealed, and returned to the team captain.
  3. The team captain must place the four team members’ envelopes and the team fee of $80 ($20/person) paid in either cash or check (made out to Rec. and Outing) into the large manila envelope.
  4. This envelope must be sealed and retuned to Phil Sarnoff in the Recreation and Outing Center by September 7, 2007 at 4:00pm.
