




Welcome to NDSU Leadership Development home page! We are excited to offer NDSU students a number of outstanding leadership programs for all skill levels and backgrounds! Upcoming leadership programs for include:
The Annual President's Student Leadership Conference takes place in March
at the Memorial Union and is put on by students interested in leadership. The conference begins
at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Lunch is provided. This opportunity is open to all NDSU students and is

The Winter Diversity Retreat-"Kujenga" - This retreat is open to all NDSU students. This retreat occurs in December. Whether you are a student of color, international student, or just love to learn more about diversity and leadership, Kujenga is for you! Please visit the Kujenga website for more info.
LeaderQuest is a fun and outstanding experiential leadership development program for freshman through graduate students. Students actively learn how to develop and apply their leadership skills through experiential games, role-play scenarios, two retreats, workshops, and facilitating the President's Student Leadership Conference. The program begins January and ends April. Check it out here.
TeamQuest, this adventure-based leadership program teaches participants about leadership and teamwork in series of team challenges and competitions. Find out more about TeamQuest.
The Leadership Resource Library is a collection of books, videotapes, and audiotapes available to NDSU students and staff. Materials may be checked out free of charge for up to two weeks.
Titles from the Leadership Resource Library include Establishing Effective Programs, Coping With Difficult People, Improving Work Groups: A Practical Manual for Team Building, Encyclopedia of Icebreakers and Designing Brochures for Results. The Pfeiffer & Jones Group Facilitation Guides from 1972-1997 are also available in the library.
The Leadership Resource Library is located on bookshelves in the Student Activities Office, Memorial Union 120. Instructions for check-out are posted near these bookshelves.
All materials may be checked out for up to two weeks.
The Leadership Files are a collection of articles from the Campus Activities Programming magazine and other sources. A wide variety of articles are available to students and staff. Broad topics include meeting management, conflict resolution, communication, promotion, student development, programming, diversity, creativity and team building.
Articles form the Leadership Files may either be photocopied or checked out. These are available in file drawers located in the Student Activities Office, Memorial Union 120.
All materials may be checked out for up to two weeks.
