Billiards League

Tuesday Night Billiards League is open to all NDSU students, faculty, or staff and will run nine weeks beginning September 23, 2008. The registration fee is $25 per person and all participants must have either a semester billiards pass or pay for their billiards each night. Prizes will be determined based on the number of participants. Participants must register at the Recreation and Outing Center. Bowling League

This league is open to all NDSU students, staff, and faculty. The league will run ten weeks beginning September 24, 2008. The registration fee is $100 per team. Each team must have at least five participants each night. Prizes will be determined based on the number of participants. Participants must register at the Recreation and Outing Center. Registration will end September 17.Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pmCost: $50/team

ACUI 9-Ball Qualifying Tournament - November 13, 2007. Check in by 4:30. Tournament starts at 5pm. Here's an opportunity to represent NDSU at the regional and, maybe, national ACUI tournaments.

MONDAYS

Disc Golf

Frolf, Frisbee Golf, or Disc Golf, whatever you call it, it's just good fun. If you've never tried Disc Golf you're in for a real treat. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can get muddy. We will leave the Memorial Union at 4:30pm and return at 6:30pm. Participants must register at the Recreation & Outing Center no later than 2:00pm the day of the event.

Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Glow Bowling

What's it like to bowl when everything glows? Come out and bowl under the black lights and enjoy the new sensations. We'll have drawings for DVDs and Glow Bowling T-shirts.

2-Buck Tuesdays

Want to bowl? Don't have a lot of spare change hanging around the dorm? Want to take a break from the studies? Then come join us for a relaxing evening of bowling for only two bucks.

Time: 7:00pm - 11:00pm

Cost: $2.00/person

WEDNESDAYS

Slacklining Clinics

Slacklining is an activity that started when rock climbers had days off from rock climbing. It involves stretching a piece of 1" tubular webbing between two trees, much like a tightrope. Slacklines have more give than a traditional tightrope which makes it a great activity to improve balance for activities such as rock climbing, skiing, and snowboarding. If you're looking for a new activity then give slacklining a try. Wear comfortable clothing and sandals or shoes you can easily slip off. (Slacklining is done barefoot.)

Meeting Location: Green area in front of the library and next to Old Main

Ladies Night at the R&O

Where are all the ladies? They're enjoying the new lanes and billiards tables in the R&O Center! Ladies, if you have a Bison ID then you get to bowl and play billiards for free every Wednesday night. Sorry guys, but to be with the ladies it will cost you a little. The guys will get unlimited bowling for $5. Billiards will cost the guys $2/person/hour.

THURSDAYS

Red Pin Bowling

Come out and join the most popular activity of the week. The bowling begins at 7pm and will go to 11pm. If you get a strike when any of the corner pins are a red pin then you win a 20 oz. Pepsi product. Drawings will be held for DVDs and Red Pin T-shirts.

Time: 7:00pm - 11:00pm

Cost: $5/person

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS

Weekend Madness

Come join the fun. Bowling is only $5 per lane and the billiards tables are only $2 per table. The madness begins on Saturday from 1pm to 11pm and continues on Sunday.
